Cara Linn’s Amarillo story started at Olsen Park Elementary and Panhandle High, but her baking chops were honed in New York City. After studying at Chef John Folse Culinary Institute, she worked alongside famed cake designer Elisa Strauss and ran her own bakery in Brooklyn, specializing in wedding cakes and cake-decorating classes. Now, she’s back in Amarillo, sharing her passion and expertise with the hometown she loves.
